Full hotel accommodations for six days and five nights at the Hotel Villa San Carlo in the village of Cortemilia. The hotel is centrally located, fully air-conditioned, in every room, caffès, shops are all within a short walk.

A deposit of $500 per-person is required to reserve your space; $250 of this is non-refundable fee.
To reserve, call us at 312-671-3341 and mail the reservation form with your $500 per-person deposit check. We do not accept credit cards.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we may find it necessary to make adjustments in our stated itinerary. Any changes will maintain the high standard of our program. Changes in accommodation will be replaced by a hotel of equal or superior rating.

Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail ninety days prior to the date of the start of the program. Deposits, minus the non-refundable $250 registration fee, will be returned if enrollment is cancelled BEFORE THE PAYMENT DUE DATES. After the final payment date, no refunds would be made. Cancellations made less than 90 days before the start of the program will result in the loss of all monies received.
No refunds will be made for a cancellation during the course of the program, nor for unused portions of the trip. No exceptions to our cancellation policy are made, including weather, or personal emergency. Therefore, we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Trip cancellation and health/accident travel insurance are recommended to prevent needless loss of money in case of illness, accident, or other unanticipated occurrences. La Cucina Italiana ^SM does not provide such insurance, nor does it assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury or loss during the duration of the course.

La Cucina Italiana ^SM reserves the right to cancel a program. In this unlikely situation, you would receive a complete refund of the monies received. La Cucina Italiana ^SM will not assume any other liability and is not responsible for any personal expenses because of a tour cancellation, such as airline tickets.
